The home is arranged across four distinct levels, each with its own experience.

Level 1 – Pool & Hot Tub
The arrival level features a private 30-foot pool and spa/hot tub, pool loungers, patio seating, and a wet bar equipped with an outdoor TV, towel warmer, and mini fridge. Guests especially enjoy unwinding in the hot tub while streaming a movie.

Level 2 – Living, Kitchen & Dining
Cross over the pool to the main living level, where the kitchen, dining area, and living room come together in a spacious open-concept setting with high-end furnishings and modern appliances. A full-length patio is ideal for outdoor dining, grilling, or simply taking in the views, especially at sunset.

Level 3 – Primary Suite
The primary bedroom offers some of the home’s most dramatic canyon views, reminiscent of a Mediterranean hillside. The California King bed sits beside French doors opening to a private patio, perfect for morning coffee. This level also includes a dedicated workspace with a view, wood/gas fireplace, 55-inch TV with articulating mount, and a cozy reading chair. The primary bathroom features a Jacuzzi tub, rain shower and detachable shower wand for added convenience.

Level 4 – Outdoor Lounge & Movie Area
At the top of the property, guests are treated to 180-degree views of the Hollywood Hills. This outdoor level includes a picnic table, heat lamp, fire pit, and projector for movie nights under the stars. It is one of the most memorable areas of the home and a favorite spot for popcorn, s’mores, and an evening outdoors.
